Situated along scenic East Coast Park, the 1,636-square-foot, three-bedroom condominium takes full advantage of its setting, with expansive windows and a frameless glass curtain system framing panoramic views.
From the foyer, the home’s tone is immediately apparent. Blue marble tiles echo the sea, while a built-in reef tank casts gentle ripples that glow across the living spaces, infusing the interiors with tranquillity.
Neutral tones of beige, grey, and dark brown define the space. The limewash walls provide a soft backdrop for a striking concrete-and-wood TV console. Curated objects and houseplants bring life without disrupting the wabi-sabi-inspired calm. In the dining area, a custom table with rounded edges and subtle linear lighting within a wooden log complements the curved balcony, reinforcing the connection to the coast.
A love for coffee inspired the creation of a dedicated dry pantry, designed to keep morning rituals smooth and effortless. Thoughtfully integrated into the dining area, it provides ample storage while maintaining the home’s calm, uncluttered aesthetic, blending practicality with a personal touch.
