Since the homeowner doesn’t cook heavily, a hood was intentionally omitted, allowing the hob to be placed on the island itself. Without the bulk of an overhead hood, the kitchen feels brighter and more spacious, while mealtimes can flow seamlessly into conversation. The wall counter, left unobstructed, now serves as practical space for appliances or an area to style with personal touches.

The bathroom design is just as bold. By combining the master and common bathrooms into a single, more spacious area, the design maximises both functionality and impact. Dark black tiles paired with exposed pipes painted in matching tones reinforce the industrial vibe seen throughout the home. A fluted-glass door lets natural light filter in, softening the mood and brightening the space. Two entry points, one through the walk-in wardrobe and another from the kitchen ensure practicality, allowing guests to access the bathroom without passing through personal spaces.
