A calm sanctuary, that was the brief for this five-room home in Tengah, and it shows the moment you step into the living and dining area. Wrapped in nude tones and textured walls, the space feels soft rather than stark, with wood tones running through the furniture and built-ins to keep things grounded.
The living and dining areas unfold as one continuous environment, wrapped in a palette of warm nude tones, tactile finishes, and natural wood. A custom bay window seat captures shifting daylight throughout the day, creating a place for morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply a moment of pause. Loose, adaptable furnishings keep the space flexible, reflecting a home designed as much for gathering as it is for solitude.
Designed for homeowners who enjoy both cooking and baking, the kitchen balances practicality with warmth. Timber finishes soften the space, while ample preparation surfaces allow it to function as comfortably on busy weekdays as it does during longer baking sessions. Thoughtful storage, including an automated spice rack, ensures that everything remains within easy reach without compromising the clean aesthetic of the home.
The master suite continues the home’s calming narrative. Limewashed walls envelop the room in a soft, cloud-like texture, while the incorporation of an adjacent space allows the bedroom to breathe with greater generosity.
