Warm timber tones, clean lines, and subtle geometric details run quietly through the space, grounding each room without demanding attention. The entrance sets the tone from the first step in: a concealed bomb shelter fitted with a full-height mirror opens the space up immediately, bright and welcoming before the rest of the home reveals itself.
From there, the living room is where the family’s personality comes through most vividly. Colourful furniture sits alongside a gallery wall of pieces collected across different countries, each frame holding its own while contributing to a larger whole. It accumulated, slowly and deliberately, into something that feels genuinely lived in.
In the kitchen, enclosed for practicality with a glass panel that keeps the family connected while cooking, the same balance between restraint and character plays out in the details. Circular recessed handles, orange grout lines on white square tiles, and a muted green pull-out shelf bring a sense of playfulness without tipping into trend. Even the service yard was carefully resolved, with custom cabinetry concealing pipework and keeping the area functional without feeling cluttered.
The master bedroom draws things back to calm, warm wood tones and soft beige walls creating a restorative atmosphere. The master bathroom keeps things simple, with one exception: a strip of mint-green accent tile in the shower that adds just enough character to make the space feel considered rather than safe.
Neutral where it needs to be, and full of life where it counts. This is a home built to grow alongside the family it belongs to.
