We recommend getting in touch at least 8 weeks before your key collection. This allows ample time—typically 4 to 5 weeks—for detailed design planning before any renovation work begins. Starting early ensures a smoother and more well-prepared journey ahead.

It will be a get-to-know-each-other session. We’d love to hear about your vision, lifestyle needs, and aspirations for your new home. You can browse through our work beforehand to discover your personal styles and colour palettes. The session typically lasts about an hour.

We’ll also finalise your project timeline early on, giving you a clear picture of what to expect at each stage, so your renovation stays on track from start to finish

With us managing your renovation, you’ll always be in the loop. We’ll create a dedicated WhatsApp group with everyone involved and provide regular updates—typically every 2 to 3 days—along with progress photos and messages. This way, you can stay informed and assured that everything is on track.
