Set within a five-room resale flat, this home captures the perfect mix of comfort and personality. Seen through the son’s eyes, the family’s vision comes to life: a home that is inviting, practical, and full of character.
Comfort, functionality, and quiet sophistication were key guiding principles of the space. Green accent tiles were carefully chosen for the kitchen and bathroom, reflecting the family’s love for subtle pops of colour and bringing a fresh, calming vibe to these functional areas. Throughout the home, curated art and collectible pieces handpicked by the son add personality and tell the family’s story.
The master bedroom and store room were combined to create a calm retreat, complete with a walk-in wardrobe, dresser, and a small work corner. With the son working from home and requesting a double vanity for practical use, the designer’s challenge was to weave these elements together with the family’s existing décor into a home that feels effortless, functional, and uniquely theirs—where every corner has its own little story.
In every corner, from the curated art to the practical touches, the home tells a story of a family who values both beauty and everyday living, a space as unique as the people who call it home.
